This is InSpace
At InSpace, we’re building NOVA: an AI platform that helps companies stay visible in a world where online discovery increasingly happens through LLMs and AI platforms rather than traditional search engines. Our software brings strategy, content creation, technical optimisation, publishing workflows, and performance data together in one intelligent system.
Senior Product Designer
As Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the redesign of our internal InSpace Hub and the client-facing NOVA App. You’ll identify where users get stuck, turn abstract product challenges into concrete solutions, and translate complex logic into clear flows, interactions, and experiences.
This isn’t a role where you simply produce screens after someone else has done the thinking. You’ll contribute to product decisions from the start, identify friction and edge cases early, and ensure that ideas aren’t just appealing in theory, but also clear, usable, and buildable.
We’re looking for someone with lead-level skills: strong in execution and able to set the direction for design quality, standards, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- (Re)design of the InSpace Hub and NOVA App.
- Identify the most important user needs, friction points, and opportunities.
- Translate complex product and domain logic into clear flows, screens, interactions, and states.
- Make abstract product challenges concrete and open for discussion during shaping.
- Identify user friction, ambiguity, edge cases, and trade-offs early.
- Improve product decisions based on user value, usability, and buildability.
- Work closely with Product Domain Leads, engineers, and domain experts throughout shaping and delivery.
- Develop design solutions that engineering can build quickly and effectively.
- Set the direction for design quality, interaction patterns, and consistency across our products.
- Develop design standards and ways of working that support both speed and quality.
- Use AI and other relevant tools to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, and documentation.
Who You Are
- You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- You’re strong in UX, interaction design, user flows, states, and usability.
- You can quickly translate complex or abstract product challenges into concrete, buildable solutions.
- You identify potential user friction early and turn those insights into better product decisions.
- You have experience leading a complex product redesign.
- You collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams and know how to reduce ambiguity.
- You can move between strategic UX challenges and detailed execution.
- You take a pragmatic approach: thorough where necessary and fast where possible.
- You can develop standards for design quality, consistency, and collaboration.
You’ll have an advantage if you have experience with:
- Complex B2B SaaS products or workflow software.
- Design systems and component-based design.
- Teams where shaping, discovery, and delivery are closely connected.
- AI-native or data-driven products.
