Junior / Medior Backend Developer / AI Automation Specialist (n8n + LLMs)

At InSpace we’re building NOVA: AI software that helps companies stay visible in a world where searching increasingly happens through LLMs and AI platforms.

Our ambition is a platform that independently:

Develops SEO / GEO strategy
Creates content
Executes technical optimizations
Publishes to CMS systems
Continuously adjusts based on data

That’s why we’re looking for a builder who loves automating, connecting and experimenting — and can quickly turn ideas into working workflows that then run reliably in production.

We like working with modern AI tools to build and learn faster. That’s why we’re looking for someone who wants to use AI-assisted development where it makes sense, but also understands that speed only has value when workflows remain reliable, explainable and manageable.

What you’ll be doing

You build and manage the automation and workflow layer of NOVA.

⚙️ Building automations

Design and build automations in n8n
Structure workflows with clear error handling and retries

🤖 Integrating AI

Build LLM workflows (prompting, chaining, tool-calling)
Evaluate output and improve iteratively
Add guardrails and evaluations

🔗 Developing integrations

Build and maintain API connections
Implement webhooks
Handle auth, rate limits, retries and idempotency

🚀 Rapid prototyping

Quickly validate new ideas with prototypes and AI-assisted development
Take working solutions further towards stable, production-ready workflows

📊 Improving reliability

Implement logging and monitoring
Improve error handling
Monitor costs, latency and performance

🤖 AI-assisted development

Use AI tools to build, test and iterate faster where it adds value
Make smart use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or similar tooling during development
Critically assess and improve AI output, rather than blindly adopting it
Contribute to a way of developing where speed, understanding and quality come together

🤝 Collaborating

Translate feedback from SEO Experts and Customer Success into better workflows
Build new automation use cases

Who you probably are

You get energy from systems where everything talks to each other. You’re probably a good fit if you:

Know n8n well (nodes, triggers, queues, credentials)
Have experience with APIs and webhooks
Have an interest in LLM integrations and AI workflows
Enjoy using AI tools to work, learn and build faster
Are curious about how AI is changing software development
Don’t blindly copy AI output, but want to understand what you’re building
Can build quickly, but also know when stability and control become important
Bring structure to workflows (naming, documentation, reusable components)

Must-haves

Web development
Experience with automation tools
Scripting (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
Interest in SEO or marketing automation
