AI is changing how people search and how companies are found. We ensure our customers
remain visible worldwide, including in the world of LLMs such as ChatGPT.
Our smart AI software builds online authority: it creates the content strategy, writes content,
optimises it technically, publishes it on customer websites and performs data-driven
optimisation where needed. As a Customer Success Manager, you make sure customers get
maximum value from this: faster go-live, higher adoption, better results, longer relationships.
What you’ll be doing
As Customer Success Manager, you are the director of customer value. You will:
– Onboard a high volume of new customers following a clear, structured process.
– Detect opportunities and risks at an early stage and take action, aligning with our tech
teams.
– Advise on and substantiate the content strategy generated by the software.
– Ensure our customers have an excellent experience with In Space.
– Identify what still needs to be done on the customer’s website so it’s ready for our AI
software.
– Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements and help optimise
processes.
What you bring
– At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, account management or project
management, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS or SEO.
– Strong communication skills: you know how to challenge, manage expectations and
report clearly.
– Proactive and structured: you keep oversight, even when a lot is happening at once.
– Experience with international accounts or SEO is a plus (not a must, but very nice to
have).
– Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
– Available to start immediately.
