Data Deletion Instructions – Aura from InSpace

Customers of Aura from InSpace (“Aura”) can request deletion of personal data associated with their Aura account and connected Facebook or Instagram accounts.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email go@inspace.io with the subject “Aura Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

• the email address associated with your Aura account;
• the organization or workspace name, if applicable;
• the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, where relevant.

We may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before processing it.

What happens after your request

After a valid deletion request has been verified, InSpace will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Aura account and connected social media integrations that is no longer required to provide the service. This may include stored social media account identifiers, authorization information and other data obtained through the connected Meta services.

Where applicable, access tokens and other credentials associated with the connection will be revoked or deleted.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

You may also disconnect Facebook or Instagram from Aura or revoke Aura’s permissions through the settings provided by the relevant Meta service. Disconnecting or revoking access prevents Aura from obtaining new data through that authorization, but does not by itself constitute a request to delete data already stored by InSpace.
