Product Owner (SaaS / AI Marketing)

AI is changing how people search, and consequently, how companies are found. We ensure our global clients remain visible, even in the world of LLMs like ChatGPT. Our smart AI software helps companies build online authority and maintain their search presence.

We have a sharp product vision: AI software that independently creates content strategies, writes content, performs technical optimization, publishes directly to client websites, and optimizes based on data whenever necessary. Now, we are looking for a Product Owner to further develop this product and make it scalable: smarter, faster, and even more valuable for our users.

What you will do

You are the vital link between customer value, technology, and operations. Specifically, you will:

• Translate customer and market insights into a clear product vision and roadmap.

• Manage the product backlog in Atlassian Jira and prioritize based on impact.

• Collaborate with development and tech teams to bring features live end-to-end.

• Bring structure to requirements, refine user stories, and validate them with customers.

• Monitor outcomes: track KPIs, adoption, NPS, and performance, adjusting course where necessary.

• Maintain quality control and ensure high standards are met.

• Start immediately to lead the operation.

Who you are

• Experienced Product Owner within a software company or SaaS environment.

• Strong in Agile/Scrum: You hold relevant certifications (e.g., PSPO/PSM) and have an excellent command of the methodology.

• Fluent in Jira and familiar with the Atlassian ecosystem.

• A proactive leader: A “hands-on” type who sets the course and gets teams moving—the driving force of the operation.

• Bonus points (Pre): Experience building or working with platforms (a marketing platform is a big plus).

• Bonus points (Pre): Previous experience with AI solutions in products or workflows.

• HBO (Bachelor’s) level of professional and intellectual ability.

• Strong communicator in both Dutch and English.
