Internship / Working Student: E-commerce & Tech Support

Learn the technical side of e-commerce from the inside out

Do you want to understand how e-commerce, technology, and online visibility truly come together? At InSpace, you get the chance to join our tech team and make a direct impact for customers. No “coffee-fetching” internship, but contributing to onboarding, technical scans, and managing our own website.

We help companies worldwide to be found better with AI and smart software. To get our customers started as smoothly as possible, we are looking for a curious e-commerce student who enjoys tech and likes to collaborate.

What will you do?

As an e-commerce & tech student, you support the tech team and our specialists. You will learn how customers are technically connected to our platform and how you analyze and optimize e-commerce environments.

• Supporting the onboarding of new customers
• Performing technical scans together with our specialists
• Checking and analyzing websites and webshops
• Brainstorming about improvements in onboarding and technical processes
• Managing and optimizing our own website
• Working with WordPress (experience is a plus, you can also learn it)

Who are you?

• You are following an MBO or HBO education in E-commerce, ICT, Digital Business, or similar
• You have an interest in tech, websites, and online platforms
• You work in a structured way and enjoy figuring things out
• You can collaborate well, but also pick up tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of websites, webshops, or CMS systems
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
• Affinity with tech, AI, or digital marketing is a plus
