What you will be doing

You are the one who ensures everything is correct on the backend. Without you: chaos. With you: peace.

• You process invoices as if you enjoy it, and support other financial activities
• You keep our accounts payable tight, clear, and up-to-date
• You process bank entries and ensure everything aligns perfectly
• You arrange the weekly payment batch
• You communicate with suppliers if invoices are incorrect
• You think along: how can this be smarter, faster, better? Kortom: you are the financial engine behind the scenes.

What you bring to the table

• You understand how accounts payable works (and you’re good at it)
• You love structure, but don’t think in boxes
• You are sharp, independent, and speak up when something can be improved
• You have an MBO+/HBO level (a financial background is a plus)
• You are handy with systems (Exact / Zenvoices, or another financial system) Bonus points if you:
• Are not afraid to challenge processes
• Bring a bit of humor with you
