🛠 What you’ll be doing

Forget dusty cubicles and endless paperwork. You will be building the financial foundation of an AI rocketship.

• Own the numbers: You’ll tighten up the financial administration and tell us the real story behind the data.

• Insights, not noise: Create monthly and quarterly reports that don’t just sit in a drawer but drive hard business decisions.

• Demolish inefficiency: Spot a process that could be faster, smarter, or handled by AI? Fix it. We hate redundant work.

• Strategic Sparring Partner: You are the “sanity check” for the leadership team. See an opportunity or a cliff ahead? Speak up.

⚡ Who you are

You aren’t a traditional bookkeeper. You are an analytical master who brings order to the chaos of a scale-up while thriving on startup energy.

• You have the credentials (HBO/WO in Finance/Accountancy), but you rely primarily on your experience and instinct.

• You are allergic to the phrase “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

• You work autonomously. We won’t hold your hand; we expect you to lead the way.

• Experience in SaaS or scale-ups is a massive plus. You speak the language of MRR, Churn, and LTV.
