Junior Customer Success Manager

AI is fundamentally changing how companies become visible online. At InSpace, we are building the next generation of AI-driven discoverability with NOVA. Our customers are not just looking for powerful software, but above all for a strategic partner who helps them grow sustainably.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you help customers get the most out of NOVA. You guide customers during onboarding, think along with them about their growth and ensure they work successfully with our platform. You build strong relationships, work closely with our Product & Development team and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and growth.

You will join a fast-growing AI scale-up where you can learn a lot, take on responsibility and actively help build the future of InSpace.

What will you do?

  • You ensure that customers quickly realize value with NOVA and guide onboarding processes from start to go-live.
  • You maintain contact with customers and think along with them about their online growth and visibility.
  • You identify opportunities, risks and churn signals and take proactive action.
  • You advise customers strategically on content, visibility and growth.
  • You work closely with tech and product teams to achieve customer goals.
  • You have a direct influence on the development of NOVA by translating customer insights into concrete product improvements together with the Product & Development team.
  • You build lasting relationships and ensure a strong customer experience.
  • You help improve Customer Success processes.

Who you are

  • You have 1-3 years of experience working with customers, for example in hospitality, sales, account management, marketing or project management.
  • You have completed a higher professional or university degree.
  • Affinity with SaaS, AI, digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
  • You communicate easily and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • You are proactive, organized and solution-oriented.
  • You enjoy building relationships and helping customers move forward.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
