Our smart AI software builds online authority: it creates the content strategy, writes content, optimises technically, publishes on client websites, and optimises data-driven where needed. As Customer Success Manager, you ensure clients get maximum value: faster go-live, higher adoption, better results, longer relationships.
What will you do?
As a Medior / Senior Customer Success Manager, you are the director of customer value and a strategic sparring partner for our most important clients. You combine operational sharpness with strategic insight and have direct impact on client retention, growth and product development.
You:
- Take end responsibility for a (strategic) client portfolio, including client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and scalably, and continuously optimise the onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities, risks and churn signals early and take proactive action.
- Guide and own complex client cases, effectively liaising with tech and product teams.
- Advise clients at a strategic level and substantiate the content strategy generated by the software.
- Ensure an excellent client experience and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Inventory and prioritise what is needed to prepare client websites for our AI software.
- Translate client feedback into structural product and process improvements.
- Actively contribute to optimising and scaling CS processes.
- Potentially take on a role in coaching or managing (junior) team members and help elevate the team.
What do you bring?
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management or project management, preferably within SaaS, digital marketing or SEO.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and complex client journeys.
- Strong communication skills: you know how to challenge, manage expectations and advise clearly at a strategic level.
- Demonstrable experience with churn prevention, client growth and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, structured and able to maintain overview in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with international clients and/or SEO is a plus.
- Experience with process improvement or scaling teams/working methods is a strong plus.
- Affinity with coaching or the ambition to grow into a team lead role.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- Preferably available immediately.
