UX/UI Designer (Focus on Web & Platforms)

With our SaaS tool, Nova, we ensure that companies remain discoverable online automatically, data-driven, and globally, without the need for daily manual marketing. Nova is growing fast — and with it, our need for a user-friendly, sleek, and future-proof interface, including within LLMs!

That is why we are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is strong in platform and web design, and who will help us further develop Nova into an intuitive and scalable AI-driven user experience.

Your role

As a UX/UI Designer at InSpace, you are the creative force behind the design of our Nova dashboard. You design interfaces that make complex AI-driven insights understandable, accessible, and attractive for a wide range of users.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing interactive dashboards, flows, and components for the Nova platform.

• Translating complex data and AI insights into user-friendly visualizations.

• Building consistent design systems and UI libraries.

• Conducting UX research: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and A/B tests.

• Collaborating with developers to realize designs pixel-perfectly.

• Contributing ideas for new features and the long-term vision of the platform.

What you bring to the table

• 2–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably focusing on web apps or SaaS platforms.

• A strong portfolio featuring platform/dashboard designs.

• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.

• Data visualization experience is a strong plus.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and modern web standards.

• Bonus (Pre): Experience with AI-based products, LLMs, or data-driven interfaces.

• A combination of creative thinking and a structured, analytical approach.
