Senior Software Engineer (SaaS / AI Marketing)

Our smart AI software called NOVA helps companies build online authority and remain visible as a result.

We have a sharp product vision: AI software that independently creates a content strategy, writes content, optimizes technically, publishes to our clients’ websites, and performs data-driven optimization whenever necessary.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves taking ownership, makes others better, and enjoys software that delivers real value in production.

What you will do

• Designing and building event-driven workflows that drive core product functionality

• Integrating and orchestrating APIs, internal services, and AI models (LLMs)

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you are not “the person who just clears tickets.” You are someone who provides direction and helps build a stable, scalable foundation.

• You build and maintain software products (from API to frontend, depending on your profile).

• You contribute to thinking about architecture, performance, security, and quality.

• You help the team with better solutions, better standards, and better choices.

• You review solutions, coach developers, and make knowledge shareable.

• You work closely with our Product Director and communicate easily with stakeholders.

What you bring

We are looking for seniority in thinking and doing.

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer (more is welcome, less is sometimes possible).

• Strong in software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, CI/CD, maintainability.

• Experience with system design

• Experience within SaaS scale-ups

• You enjoy making others better (mentoring/reviews).
