Your role
As a Senior Sales Account Executive at In Space, you are responsible for the end-to-end sales process in Belgium: from initial contact to the final signature. You help SME (SMB) companies in Flanders (and broader Belgium) improve their online discoverability with our AI-driven software.
You will actively build your pipeline, spot market opportunities, and turn them into concrete results. You move fast, ask sharp questions, and translate marketing goals into a clear solution and business case. Through powerful demos, you show exactly what our technology delivers.
We work in an energetic, results-oriented environment where deals are often closed within 30 days. The target is at least three deals per month, though our top performers consistently exceed this. This is a role with significant freedom and responsibility: your impact is directly reflected in revenue and growth. You will join an ambitious, international sales team with excellent tools, clear targets, and plenty of room for professional development.
What you will do

Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to the final signature.

Conduct active prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and build a stable pipeline.

Lead sharp discovery calls and provide targeted product demos that align with client goals.

Negotiate terms, manage expectations, and close deals efficiently.

Collaborate with Tech, Customer Success, and Development for a seamless handover and fast feedback loops.

Track your results in HighLevel and continuously optimize your pipeline, messaging, and approach.
What you bring to the table

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketing, or tech.

Proven track record in both closing deals and cold outreach.

Strong understanding of the Belgian SME (mkb) market (Flanders is a plus).

Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English (written and spoken).

Driven by targets, competition, and results.

Independent and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow in a scale-up environment.
