Your role
As a Medior Sales Account Executive Belgium at Inspace, you are responsible for expanding the Belgian market. You help SME (SMB) companies improve their online discoverability with our AI-driven platform. You know exactly how to guide prospects from the first conversation to the final signature, including discovery, demos, handling objections, negotiation, and closing.
You move fast, ask sharp questions, and translate marketing goals into a clear approach and business case. Through powerful demos, you convincingly demonstrate the concrete results our technology delivers. We work in an energetic, results-oriented environment where deals are often closed within 30 days. You will receive clear targets and plenty of room to further refine your sales approach.
What you will do

Manage the full sales cycle independently: from initial contact to signature and handover.

Follow up on inbound leads and actively build outbound opportunities (cold prospecting, calling, LinkedIn, partnerships).

Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities (budget, need, timing, stakeholders).

Lead targeted product demos that align with the client’s context and goals.

Create proposals, build a clear business case, and negotiate terms.

Close deals and maintain momentum in the process (next steps, follow-up, stakeholders).

Manage your pipeline strictly in HighLevel, ensuring accurate forecasting and prioritization.

Collaborate with marketing and the team to continuously improve messaging, conversion, and lead quality.
What you bring to the table

2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS), with a proven track record in closing.

Experience with calls, demos, objection handling, and closing.

Affinity with SaaS, marketing, SEO, or tech is a major plus (AI/LLMs is a bonus).

A proactive mindset: You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and love creating new deals yourself.

Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) and proficient in English.

Structured worker who takes ownership and is energized by targets and growth.
