Junior/Medior Sales Executive (AI Marketing)

Our smart SaaS tool helps companies stay visible automatically and data-driven, without
needing a marketer working on it every single day.
As a Junior/Medior Sales Executive at In Space, you’ll gradually grow into managing your
own client portfolio. You help SME clients in the Netherlands improve their online visibility
with our AI-driven software tool. In the beginning, you’ll work closely with experienced
colleagues, join calls and demos, and get to know our target audience, solutions, and sales
approach in depth.
Step by step, you’ll take on more responsibility: you’ll run your own conversations, help build
the pipeline, and learn how to turn market opportunities into concrete deals.
You switch quickly, ask the right questions, and – with support from your team – translate
marketing goals into clear solutions. Through strong demos, you show clients exactly what
our technology can do for them. We work in a high-energy, results-driven environment where
deals often close within 30 days. You’ll get clear targets, plus the coaching you need to hit
and exceed them.
What you’ll do
– Support in managing the sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract
– Join (and later lead) calls with prospects and prepare product demos
– Gradually deliver your own tailored demos that match the client’s goals
– Help draft proposals, gradually join negotiations, and learn how to close deals –
working closely with your fellow sales colleagues to ensure tight planning
– Track your activities and results in HighLevel and learn how to manage your pipeline
smartly
What you bring
– 1 year of experience in (B2B) sales, or a strong commercial drive and demonstrable
interest in sales
– Affinity with SaaS, marketing, or tech is a big plus
– You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy making new connections
– You speak and write Dutch fluently and are comfortable communicating in English
– You get energy from goals, results, and getting better at your craft
– You are eager to learn, independent, proactive, and excited to grow fast in a scale-up
environment
