AI is changing how people search and how companies are found. We ensure our global clients remain visible, even in the world of LLMs like ChatGPT. Our smart AI software builds online authority: it creates content strategies, writes content, performs technical optimization, publishes to client websites, and optimizes based on data where necessary. As Customer Success Manager, you ensure clients get maximum value from this: faster launches, higher adoption, better results, and longer-lasting relationships.
What you will do
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the director of customer value. You will:

Onboard a high volume of new clients following a streamlined process.

Identify opportunities and risks early on and take action, discussing these with our tech teams.

Advise on and support the content strategy generated by our software.

Ensure a top-tier customer experience for every client at In Space.

Assess client websites to determine what needs to be done to make them “AI-ready” for our software.

Translate client feedback into product improvements and help make our processes smarter.
What you bring to the table

At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management—preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or SEO.

Strong communication skills: You know how to challenge clients, manage expectations, and report clearly.

Proactive and organized: You maintain an overview, even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

International/SEO experience is a plus (not a must, but definitely cool).

Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
