International Operations Manager (SaaS / AI Marketing)

sure our customers stay on top worldwide – including in the world of LLMs such as ChatGPT.
Our smart SaaS tool helps companies stay visible automatically and data-driven, without
needing a marketer on it every single day.

 

We’re growing at high speed (sometimes faster than our coffee machine can handle ☕),
which is why we’re looking for an International Operations Manager who ensures our
operations run like a well-oiled AI machine.

 

What you’ll do
You are the bridge between strategy and execution the person who keeps everything running
smoothly between people, systems and processes.
Concretely, you will:
– Lead our international operations and ensure all Customer Success teams are
aligned.
– Optimise the customer onboarding process: from the first “hello” to the annual “how’s
everything going?”.
– Safeguard customer satisfaction and team flow in every country we operate in.
– Think in KPIs, but also sense exactly when someone just needs an extra cup of
coffee.

 

Who you are
– An operational strategist with a passion for marketing, technology and efficiency.
– Experienced with SaaS, software or digital marketing (AI experience is a big plus).
– Someone who brings structure to chaos and turns chaos into clear processes.
– A natural motivator who gets teams moving.
– Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a nice bonus).
– Living in, or willing to work from, the Eindhoven region (within approx. 50 km).
