Conversion & Experience Lead โ AI Platform
Job Description
At InSpace we’re building NOVA: AI software that helps companies stay visible in a world where discovery increasingly happens through LLMs and AI platforms.
Our ambition is not only to increase visibility, but also to realize demonstrably better business results. That’s why we’re looking for a Conversion & Experience Lead who works across teams on one central question: how do we ensure that NOVA doesn’t just deliver content and traffic, but also measurable conversion and revenue impact for our clients?
This is a shared role across multiple teams. The main priority is data-driven optimization of the various page template types we deploy for clients, across CMSs.
What you’ll do
๐งฑ Template optimization (main priority)
- Analyze and optimize the various page template types in a data-driven way
- Research across CMSs which template structures contribute to better conversion
- Translate insights into improvements in how NOVA generates output
- Help standardize which template choices have the most effect on business outcomes
๐ Making conversion data visible in NOVA
- Provide input on which conversion data we show clients in the NOVA app
- Think along on how the impact of content becomes more transparent and usable
- Help make the step from impressions and clicks to conversion and revenue-related insights
๐ Improving conversion impact
- Help optimize NOVA so the platform generates more conversion-driven output
- Translate insights into improvements in content, flows, UX and product functionality
- Formulate hypotheses about what can increase conversion uplift for clients
๐ง Making impact visible
- Help build functionality that makes the impact of content on conversion more transparent
- Think along on models and measurement methods that go beyond impressions and clicks
- Work on questions such as conversion attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling
๐งฉ Product & UX optimization
- Look together with UX and product at how the NOVA app can become clearer and more user-friendly
- Identify bottlenecks in flows, adoption and value perception
- Help shape new functionalities aimed at conversion uplift
๐ Improving own channels
- Optimize the InSpace website based on data, behavior and conversion insights
- Identify and prioritize on-site improvements
๐ค Cross-team collaboration
- Work with development, product, UX, Customer Success and marketing/CMS
- Ensure improvements are translated into concrete bets and changes
๐ค AI-assisted analysis & experimentation
- Use AI tooling to set up analyses, explorations and hypotheses faster
- Use smart workflows to discover patterns and develop proposals
Who you probably are
You’re probably a good fit if you:
- have 4+ years of experience in conversion optimization, digital analytics, growth or a similar role
- are strong at analyzing user behavior, funnels and conversion data
- have experience translating insights into concrete improvements
- understand that real impact doesn’t stop at traffic, clicks or engagement
- are curious about more complex measurement questions such as attribution and incrementality
- work comfortably in a role without hard team boundaries
- independently identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses and help shape improvements
- actively use or want to use AI tooling
- are pragmatic: you can think conceptually but also make clear what the next concrete step is
Bonus points
- experience with SaaS products or platform products
- experience with product analytics, experimentation or CRO
- experience with attribution modelling, MMM or causal inference
- experience with UX optimization or collaboration with product design
- experience with content performance, SEO, landing pages or on-site conversion

After 30 days
- You understand how NOVA currently performs on content, templates and UX
- You have visibility on which page templates have the biggest optimization opportunities
- You see where the most important gaps are in measurement, attribution and product experience
After 60 days
- You’ve helped shape initial improvement initiatives around template optimization
- You’ve provided input on how conversion data becomes more visible in the NOVA app
- You’re working with product and engineering on a clearer picture of content impact
After 90 days
- You are the content driver on template optimization across teams
- There is a sharper direction for how we move from impressions to business impact
- You’ve set multiple concrete improvements in motion
