At InSpace we’re building NOVA: AI software that helps companies stay visible in a world where searching increasingly happens through LLMs and AI platforms.
Our ambition is a platform that independently:
- develops SEO / GEO strategy

- publishes to CMS systems
- continuously adjusts based on data
We’re looking for a Product Domain Lead who truly owns a product domain within a development team.
Not someone who just manages a backlog, but someone who follows market developments, keeps a close eye on competitors, understands customer problems, translates opportunities into clear bets and ensures together with the delivery team that those are also well executed.
We’re specifically looking for someone who finds AI interesting not only as a product domain, but also as a working method. Someone who can independently set up analyses, POCs and explorations using AI tooling to investigate directions faster and more precisely.
What you’ll do
🧭 Domain ownership
- Truly own a clear product domain within a development team
- Identify and prioritize problems, opportunities and improvements within that domain
- Ensure the team is working on the most important product questions
🔍 Market & competitive insight
- Actively follow competitors, market developments and AI trends
- Translate relevant developments into opportunities, risks and sharp product choices
- Understand what customers need and where the market is heading
🧩 Shaping & bets
- Actively contribute to the shaping cycle
- Develop problems and opportunities into sharp bets that are executable for the delivery team
- Define scope, make assumptions explicit and give direction
🤝 Collaborating with delivery
- Work intensively with engineers, design and other stakeholders
- Guide bets from shaping to execution
- Help make decisions during delivery, guard scope and remove obstacles
🤖 AI-assisted product work
- Use AI tooling to execute market explorations, analyses and preparation faster
- Independently set up POCs, concepts or initial workings to test directions
- Use AI to move faster from question to well-founded product decision
- Help determine how AI tooling can make product discovery and shaping smarter
📊 Outcome-driven product development
- Base product decisions on customer feedback, usage data and strategic value
- Steer on impact, adoption, performance and customer value
- Continuously learn what works, what doesn’t and where the greatest leverage lies
Who you probably are
You’re probably a good fit if you:
- have 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership or a similar role
- have experience with digital products or SaaS products
- are strong at sharply defining problems, scope and priorities
- can help a team focus well on the right bets
- are comfortable in an environment where product and delivery work closely together
- can independently translate market and competitive developments into product direction
- have experience with discovery, shaping or a similar approach to product development
- actively use or want to use AI tooling to speed up analyses and exploration
- think not just in tickets, but in product value, direction and impact
Bonus points
- experience with AI products, LLM workflows or AI-native software
- experience with platform products
- experience with marketing tech, SEO or content platforms
- experience with Shape Up or similar product models
- you can set up simple prototypes, flows or POCs yourself using AI tooling

After 30 days
- You understand your domain, the most important workflows and the biggest product questions
- You have visibility on relevant competitors, market developments and opportunities
- You know the most important bottlenecks in discovery, shaping and delivery
After 60 days
- You’ve actively contributed to shaping one or more bets
- You help the team make sharper choices in scope, direction and priority
- You’ve used AI tooling to speed up analyses, preparation or POCs
After 90 days
- You visibly and confidently own your domain
- Bets are more sharply prepared and better executable for the delivery team
- You concretely contribute to a way of working where product discovery, shaping and delivery reinforce each other
