Being able to create a plan and then actually executing it, is what gets Vincent out of bed. Be it creating an outbound program or building coaching playbooks. Long before this, he spent his days behind a mixing desk, and that instinct never really left him: build something, refine it until it clicks, then teach someone else to do it too. It's the same instinct that turned him into the person other teams call when they need to get something sharper. He's just as likely to be found lost in a game of chess, deep into a 90s film, or wrestling with Mandarin homework he signed himself up for on a whim.
