Social Media Integrations
Our services, including Aura from InSpace (“Aura”), may allow users to connect third-party social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
When a customer chooses to connect a social media account, we may receive and process information made available through the relevant platform and the permissions granted by the customer. Depending on the features used, this may include:
- account, profile, Page and Instagram professional account identifiers;
- account and profile information made available through the platform;
- access tokens and authorization information required to maintain the connection;
- content and associated metadata required to create, schedule, publish or manage social media posts;
- performance, engagement and insights data made available through the platform.
We use this information solely to provide and operate the social media functionality requested by the customer, including connecting accounts, managing and publishing content, retrieving permitted insights, maintaining account integrations, and improving the operation of our services.
We do not sell personal information obtained through these integrations.
Customers may disconnect a connected social media account at any time through the applicable service or platform settings. Disconnecting an account prevents Aura from accessing new data through that connection, subject to the functionality and permissions provided by the relevant platform.
Customers may also request deletion of data associated with their connected social media accounts as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
Our use of information received from Meta APIs is subject to Meta’s applicable Platform Terms and policies.
